Refund Policy

Billing, Payments and Modifications

All charges associated with your subscription are due in full upon beginning of your monthly subscription term and non-refundable. If you fail to pay your subscription charges within 5 business days of due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

No refund or credit is provided to you for partial months of the Service.

Your monthly subscription will be renewed at the end of your current subscription term unless you inform us not to renew the subscription.

If you downgrade your subscription or reduce the number of agents, no refund or credit is provided to you for the remaining period of your current monthly subscription. Subscription changes will be reflected on your future subscription terms.

If you upgrade your subscription or increase the number of agents, incremental charges will be prorated for the remaining period of your current monthly subscription and updated charges will be reflected on your future subscription terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at anytime.

We reserve the right to change monthly charges upon 30 days of notice. Charges will be posted on the pricing page of www.ezpro.co.

Cancellation or Termination

You may elect to terminate your subscription to the Service as of the end of your current subscription term by providing a notice.

No refund or credit is provided to you if you elect to terminate or cancel your subscription to the Service prior to the end of your then current subscription term.

After your subscription is terminated or cancelled, we reserve the right to delete your data.
