To create an account free for 30 days, you click on Free Sign Up link.
Enter user and organization information
Upon clicking on Sign up, you will receive an activation email where you can click on the link or copy paste the activation code to activate the account and the first user.

Click on the link in the email
Enter your email and password to log on EZ Service Desk.
when you login for the first time Organization Details page will be displayed where you can enter organization’s attributes.
Primary Contact is default to the first user of the organization.
System group emails are default to Primary Contact email. Please see User Group Guide.
Once you complete organization set up, you can add new users and start handling issues, changes and service requests.
