You can set up how to create a ticket from a form in the EZTicket Widget link. You can integrate EZPro request (aka EZTicket) submission into your website by setting ‘Page link widget enabled’. With this set up, when your customer clicks on the specified link, the EZTicket From will pop up. Upon entering the required fields and clicking on the Submit button, an EZPro service request will be created.
You can make the ticket submission form available on every screen by enabling the widget button.
Based on your settings, EZPro generates the code to copy to your website code.
